In our store, all orders are processed as direct purchases.
We do not offer subscriptions, or “try before you buy” services.

Orders and Cancellations

All items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping process. Once your order is being prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the email address provided on our contact page.

Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, except in the rare case of an error on our end (receiving the wrong model, size, or product).

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist you.
