Welcome to Léonie Mauchant! The terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to Léonie Mauchant. Léonie Mauchant operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services to provide you, as a customer, with a personalized shopping experience (collectively, the "Services"). Léonie Mauchant is a Shopify-powered store, which enables us to provide the Services.
The following Terms of Service, along with all related policies (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights.
Section 1 – Access and Account
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To use the Services, including purchasing any products we offer, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity on your account.
Section 2 – Our products
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, materials, and sizing, on the Site. However, slight variations may occur due to your screen settings or the handmade/small-batch nature of some pieces.
Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any legitimate reason (e.g., product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error), and will notify you if we are unable to fulfill it. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once confirmed, orders may only be cancelled, returned, or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy and your legal right of withdrawal, where applicable.
Section 4 – Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Site and are those in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include customs or import fees that may apply to international orders.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Section 5 – Shipping and delivery
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been handed to the carrier.
Section 6 – Right of withdrawal and returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell (lingerie, hosiery, and intimate apparel), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In accordance with Articles L221‑18 and L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are intimate in nature for hygiene reasons, including lingerie and hosiery. Therefore, the consumer cannot return these items for a refund or exchange.
Section 7 – Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including trademarks, product designs, photographs, text, and graphics — is owned by Léonie Mauchant or its licensors, and is protected under French and European intellectual property law, as well as applicable international design registrations, including our registered design under the Hague System (WIPO).
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
Section 8 – Optional third-party tools
The Site may give you access to tools provided by third parties (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners) which we do not control. Your use of such tools is at your own discretion and risk, subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and recommend you review their own terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

These Terms are governed by French law.

If no solution is found, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may refer your dispute free of charge to the following consumer mediator:
